Director of Card Services

We are seeking a goal-oriented professional who will be responsible for the growth and profitability of our Credit Card portfolio. This will involve research, making recommendations based on thorough analysis, working with all departments necessary to implement programs, training of staff, maintenance of the program and managing vendor relationships.

The successful candidate will have a 4 year college degree with 2 – 5 years of similar or related experience required. Experience in data mining and data analysis preferred as well as underwriting and / or financial services experience with consumers. Strong project management skills will get you extra gold stars along with problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Outstanding ability to multi‑task while operating in an environment of change and successfully managing the demands of a growing organization. An ability to effectively influence others within the organization without having direct reporting authority. Demonstrated competency in advanced Excel, database and other software products that will assist in analyzing and reporting goals and results of the credit card program(s) and portfolio.

Financial Services Representative / Member Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated sales and service professionals who are responsible for assisting our members in their financial goals and transactions in person and through technology. These career opportunities are full-time benefitted positions ranging 33-40 hours per week within our dynamic organization. Essential skills include the ability to work within a team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a high commitment to member service and our Credit Union’s PROACTIVE Values.
